Refund policy

Returns

Should you receive a defective or damaged product, send an email with picture to  awilliams@myakiba.co within 7 days of delivery, for a replacement of the product or a refund.

To return a product, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns will be accepted for refund up to 30 days after delivery of a product. All returns should be sent to Akiba Fragrance and Wellness Studio LLC, 8305 Allerdale CT, Lorton VA 22079, United States.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds, exchanges and store credit are limited to purchases made through myakiba.co.

Digital giftcards and downloadable products are not eligible for return or credit

 

 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver. 

It is our sincere hope that you will love every product that you receive, and that returns won't be necessary but life happens, so we'll be here to make things right!
